Academy Manager
Grant Findlay has been with the New York Red Bulls since 2014, previously working as part of the Youth Programs as a Coaching Education Manager and Regional Manager for northern New Jersey.
Prior to joining the Red Bulls, he was an Academy Coach at Rangers Football Club in Scotland before moving to the United States in 2012 as the Director of Coaching Education and Recruitment for United Soccer Academy. Grant has a Masters in Sports Coaching and Management from the University of Stirling as well as a UEFA "A" License.
