The New York Red Bulls currently have three picks in the upcoming 2017 MLS SuperDraft, which takes place on Friday, January 13, in Los Angeles.
New York will make the No. 17 overall pick in the first round. They also have the No. 17 pick in the second round (No. 39 overall).
The final pick the Red Bulls have is the No. 17 pick in Round 3 (No. 61 overall), which will be held via conference call.
New York dealt away their other third-round pick in their deal for Aurelien Collin with Orlando City on April 29, 2016. (That specific pick came via D.C. United, by way of Colorado. More info here.) New York's fourth-round pick was dealt away all the way back in 2014, in the deal for Richard Eckersley from Toronto FC.
Minnesota United holds the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft, with the other expansion team, Atlanta FC, picking second.
In the 2016 MLS SuperDraft, the Red Bulls picked Justin Bilyeu with the No. 18 overall selection and Zach Carroll with the No. 38 pick.
