New York are still searching for their first victory over Crown Legacy, following two previous matches where the opposition scooped up a majority of the points. Crown Legacy is coming off a hot performance themselves, as they completed a 6-3 victory over Orlando City their last time out. The current league leaders in points, they have positioned themselves for a playoff berth. However, with New York sitting just two spots behind in the standings, the upcoming match can be crucial for Eastern Conference seeding purposes.
In what will be the last road match of the regular season for New York, the squad will be looking to improve on their already impressive 6-3-4 record away from home.
