New York Red Bulls II Signs Wappinger Falls, N.Y. Native Dylan Sullivan to New MLS NEXT Pro Contract

HARRISON, N.J. (January 27, 2025) – New York Red Bulls II have signed midfielder Dylan Sullivan to a one-year MLS NEXT Pro contract through the 2025 season, the club announced today.

“We are happy to have Dylan [Sullivan] back with the team” said Head Coach Ibrahim Sekagya “He is an athletic midfielder with great soccer IQ that will be valuable for our team for the upcoming season.”

Sullivan has made 40 appearances, including 22 starts with New York over the past two seasons scoring one goal and one assist. The midfielder scored his first career professional goal in a 5-1 US Open Cup win over Hudson Vally Hammer on March 20, 2024. He tallied his first MLS NEXT Pro goal against Toronto FC II on July 28, 2024, and dished his first career MLS NEXT Pro assist against Chicago Fire FC II on April 14, 2024. Sullivan made his MLS NEXT Pro debut on March 26, 2023, in a matchup against Columbus Crew 2.

The Wappingers Falls, N.Y native featured for the Red Bulls Academy at the U-16 and U-18 levels.

Prior to New York, Sullivan was a member of the Clemson University soccer team for four years. In his senior season, he appeared in 16 matches and logged 350 minutes.
