New York Red Bulls defender Connor Lade will be on the 18-man roster for the game against Real Salt Lake on Saturday, Head Coach Jesse Marsch confirmed after training on Friday.
Lade suffered an ACL tear in August 2016.
He recently logged 45 minutes with New York Red Bulls II in a preseason game against Bethlehem Steel.
The Homegrown defender made 20 appearances and 16 starts for New York in 2016 across all competitions.
He scored his first MLS goal on July 13, the game-winner against Orlando City SC. The defender has made more appearances than any other Homegrown Player in club history, with 73 regular season games played.
