The New York Red Bulls will face off against the Chicago Fire at Toyota Park on Wednesday, October 25.

The Red Bulls went 1-0-1 against the Fire this season, winning at home and drawing on the road.

New York picked up a 2-1 victory against Chicago at Red Bull Arena in April. The two teams played to a 1-1 draw in Chicago in early September.

In the Red Bulls' home win, Bradley Wright-Phillips opened the scoring in the 37th minute with a tap-in following a Daniel Royer pass inside the box.

Eventual Golden Boot winner Nemanja Nikolic equalized in the 59th minute, until Kemar Lawrence snuck a shot past the Fire keeper into the side netting for the game-winner.

At Toyota Park in September, Nikolic scored a late-game equalizer in the 66th minute after Wright-Phillips opened the scoring in the 8th minute en route to a 1-1 draw.

New York was without Sean Davis (yellow card accumulation), Daniel Royer (knee injury) and Michael Amir Murillo (late scratch, ankle) for their most recent matchup with the Fire.

The two teams sync up for the third and final time of 2017 in the Knockout Round of the Audi 2017 MLS Cup Playoffs at 8:30 p.m. ET on October 25. The game will be broadcast nationally on FS1 and UniMas.
