Sixteen-year-old Julian Hall scored his first MLS goal, late against CF Montréal, to become the second-youngest goal scorer in Major League Soccer history.

Hall is now the youngest scorer in club history, passing Eddie Gaven.

"I mean, it's a surreal feeling, you know, getting a goal in a moment like that," Hall said. "I'm just really proud I got to score my first goal for the team."

He is only second in league history to Freddy Adu, who scored at 14 years and 320 days old. Hall is 16 years and 87 days old.

"It's an honor to hear my name and that sort of category," Hall said. "It's a surreal feeling and I'm just really thankful. I'm grateful for an opportunity like this."

Hall's goal equalized the match, as New York stormed back for two second-half goals to draw even and come home with a point from Montréal.

Hall and New York will host Toronto FC at Red Bull Arena on Saturday, June 22 for Fireworks Night presented by Audi. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV in English and Spanish and New York Red Bulls Radio in English via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
