Kaku and Luis Robles were each named to the bench on the MLS Team of the Week, presented by Audi.
Kaku scored the game-winning goal in the 69th minute, off a penalty kick, against the Philadelphia Union, in the 1-0 win at Talen Energy Stadium on Sunday. It was Kaku's second penalty-kick goal, and his sixth-game winning goal of the season.
Robles, recorded two saves and notched his 13th clean sheet of the season. The win also marked the 100th MLS win in Robles' career, becoming the eighth MLS goalkeeper to reach the 100 win mark.
Kaku, Robles and the Red Bulls return to action on Sunday, October 28 against Orlando City SC at Red Bull Arena for Supporters' Day.
