Saturday’s match up features two of the top Eastern Conference teams. The Red Bulls enter the match tied for the best points per game mark (2.05), goal differential (+21) and wins (13) in MLS. Columbus, sitting fourth, is eight points back of New York and own a 2-5-3 away record.

Wright-Phillips is one goal shy of tallying at least 15 league goals in a season for the fifth consecutive year, which would be the first time in league history.

Kaku’s presence on the field continues to help generate offensive chances for New York. The Red Bulls’ No. 10 recorded his league-leading 13th assist against D.C. United on Wednesday. Of his 13 assists, Kaku has tallied four game-winning assists, which sits tied for second-best in MLS.
