HARRISON, N.J. (March 18, 2022) – The New York Red Bulls (2-1-0, 6 pts.) will conclude their two-match homestand against Columbus Crew (2-0-1, 7 pts.) on Sunday, March 20. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. ET with coverage on MSG, MSG GO, and New York Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.

Coverage on MSG begins at 1:30 p.m. ET with the Red Bulls Pregame show. Jonathan Yardley will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Shep Messing and Ed Cohen.

New York Red Bulls Radio begins at 1 p.m. ET with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Honda, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley. Stefano Fusaro will carry the Spanish play-by-play responsibilities, beginning at 1:30 p.m. ET.

This will be the 76th overall MLS regular season meeting between New York and Columbus, with New York holding the advantage in the regular season series with a 32-31-12 mark, including winning the most recent matchup on October 23, 2021, where defender Sean Nealis scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory at Lower.com Field. Columbus are unbeaten on the year with a 2-0-1 mark and have earned their two wins against Vancouver Whitecaps (Feb. 26) and Toronto FC (2-1).

Despite falling to Minnesota in their home opener, New York have posted a 2-1-0 mark to begin the season and are in third place in the Eastern Conference. The Red Bulls have had five different goal scorers to begin the season, which includes Patryk Klimala, Omir Fernandez, Tom Barlow, Lewis Morgan and Aaron Long. Midfielder Frankie Amaya is tied for the league-lead in assists with three in his three appearances this season. Amaya had only tallied one assist in his first 62 MLS matches and has set a new season-high in the first three matches of the season.

Following Sunday’s match, the FIFA International Break will run through March 30. New York will head on the road to face New England Revolution on Saturday, April 2, with kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET on MSG, MSG GO, and New York Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.
