(Oct. 17, 2018) – With two matches remaining in league play, the New York Red Bulls (20-7-5, 65 pts) head down the New Jersey Turnpike to face the Philadelphia Union (15-9-8) on Sunday at Talen Energy Stadium. New York and Philadelphia clash on Sunday as both teams are having franchise-best seasons. The Red Bulls and the Union sit second and fourth, respectively, in the Eastern Conference standings and have tallied club single-season records for wins and points. New York, however, has recently bested Philadelphia in league play, holding the Union scoreless over the last 270 minutes and are unbeaten in eight of the last nine (5-1-3).


The Red Bulls conclude their 2018 road league-play slate on Sunday.
