(October 22, 2021) –The New York Red Bulls (11-11-7, 40 points) head to Lower.com Field to battle Columbus Crew SC (10-12-7, 37 points) for the third time this season on Saturday, October 23. Coverage on MSG+ begins at 5:30 p.m. ET with the Red Bulls Pregame show. Jonathan Yardley will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Shep Messing and Michelle Gingras.

New York Captain Sean Davis recorded his fourth assist of the season on October 17 in the Red Bulls 1-0 win against New York City. He is New York’s active assist leader with 23 during his career and is only one shy of breaking into the top 10 in franchise history. During the club’s unbeaten streak, Davis has tallied three assists, which ranks tied for second in MLS during that timespan.
The Red Bulls have recorded a clean sheet in three-straight matches and have earned 11 on the season. Goalkeeper Carlos Coronel ranks tied for second in MLS with 11 shutouts. Since August 4, Coronel has earned seven shutouts, which ranks first in MLS during that timespan. The Brazilian goalkeeper is tied for second for the most shutouts in a single season all-time with Luis Robles (2013, 2016) and Bouna Coundoul (2010).
