New York will look to build upon their strong performances at Red Bull Arena on Saturday. No matter the lineup, the Red Bulls have been unbeatable at RBA in 2018, owning a 4-0-1 mark across all competitions. New York has outscored their opponents, 12-1, and have recorded four clean sheets. The Red Bulls backline has frustrated the opposition’s attack, allowing just 13 shots on goal in five matches at Red Bull Arena.

The Red Bulls have begun the season without allowing a goal in their first two league matches. New York has not allowed a goal at Red Bull Arena in 360 minutes during league play, dating back to last season. The scoreless streak begun with back-to-back shutouts against Vancouver (October 7) and Atlanta (October 15) to finish the 2017 season. The Red Bulls currently own two of the top three scoreless streaks in MLS, which include 621 minutes from June 17 to September 20 of 2006 and 588 minutes from April 24 to July 24 of 2016.

Against Montreal, New York has played some of their best soccer at home. In four of the eight previous matches at Red Bull Arena, the Red Bulls have tallied four or more goals. On the defensive side, New York has held Montreal to less than a goal a game at home.

Following Saturday’s match, New York welcomes Chicago on Saturday, April 21 at Red Bull Arena for a 3:30 p.m. ET match. Saturday’s match is Autism Awareness and will have coverage on Univision Deportes, ESPN+ and Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish on TuneIn.
