The New York Red Bulls picked up their first away point against Atlanta United FC at Mercedez-Benz Stadium.

In the first half, Wiki Carmona, who got his first MLS start, created several chances that kept goalkeeper Brad Guzan busy in the first 45 minutes.

One of those chances saw Patryk Klimala take one shot that Guzan barely saved.

Gerhard Struber’s first substitution saw Fábio take the field for Klimala. The Red Bulls’ second substitution saw Frankie Amaya take the field for Andrés Reyes.

In the 63rd minute, Amro Tarek replaced Tom Edwards.

The last substitutions for the Red Bulls were Omir Fernandez and Cameron Harper replacing Tom Barlow and Dru Yearwood.

The Red Bulls head to Florida to play against Orlando City SC on Saturday.
