The New York Red Bulls drew 1-1 against Philadelphia Union on Thursday night. The Red Bulls extend their home unbeaten streak to five games in Harrison.

Patryk Klimala netted his second goal from the penalty spot to give New York a 1-0 lead.

The Union played the last thirty minutes of the game down a man due to Matthew Freese getting red-carded.

New York’s five substitutions saw Omir Fernandez, Frankie Amaya, Tom Barlow, Jason Pendant and Manny Egbo take the field for Wiki Carmona, John Tolkin, Amro Tarek, Klimala and Dru Yearwood.

The Red Bulls return to play at Red Bull Arena next Saturday July 17th to host Inter Miami CF.
