The New York Red Bulls are set to host their first-ever Bark Night, for their home match against Charlotte FC on Wednesday, May 29 at Red Bull Arena. This special event promises to be a great night for four-legged friends and their humans alike.
To kick things off, the BULLevard will feature a variety of pre-game activities. Fans can test their soccer skills at the Upper 90 Challenge, get creative at the Pup Paint Station, and be wowed by a performance from the Freestyle Crew - some of the country's most prolific soccer freestylers.
The Red Bulls are proud to support the local Newark Animal Shelter with an Adoption Showcase, allowing fans to meet furry friends seeking their forever homes. Additionally, the New York Red Bulls will also make a donation to the organization in honor of Bark Night.
The evening's entertainment lineup commences at the Crossbar with The Flying Ivories, a dueling piano show that promises music, comedy, and fun. Pop-up stands on the concourse will offer exclusive New York Red Bulls dog merchandise. For the 60+ dogs expected to attend, free pup cups and dog bandanas will be available, while supplies last.
Continuing the excitement is, Bella Dose, the world's first bilingual Latin girl group from Miami, performing the national anthem. Then, famed dog influencer Lumi the Bear will deliver the match ball in his infamous backpack to officially commence the game. Throughout the match, TikTok star Hank the Golden will rally the crowd, ensuring everyone in attendance is cheering as loudly as possible. At halftime, fans will be treated to a performance by Christian & Scooby, an acrobat, and his talented Chihuahua companion, who were crowned winners of Germany's Got Talent in 2019. After the final whistle, dogs and their owners are invited to participate in a post-game dog parade around the pitch at Red Bull Arena, capping off the night's festivities.
Gate C1, Section 223 has been reserved exclusively for fans attending Bark Night with their furry companions. All dogs must be registered, and tickets can be purchased by selecting the 'Human+Dog Ticket' option at www.newyorkredbulls.com.
