New York is led by captain Emil Forsberg on the field, in his first season with the club, a Champions League-veteran and former RB Leipzig player. Forsberg has recorded 10 goals and six assists across all competitions this season.
Alongside Forsberg, Scottish international Lewis Morgan leads the club in goals and assists with 13 goals and 10 assists. He becomes the first Red Bulls player since 2019 to record double-digit goals and double-digit assists.
Uruguayan international Felipe Carballo is in his first season with the Red Bulls and has scored two goals during the 2024 postseason run, which is tied for the most by a single player in their first postseason with the club.
Head Coach Sandro Schwarz is also in his first season with the club, leading them to the playoffs for a 15th-consecutive season.
Schwarz becomes the fourth coach in franchise history to lead the Red Bulls to the Eastern Conference Final in their first season in charge of the club.
