- The New York Red Bulls won their second Supporters’ Shield in team history – and the second in three seasons – with a 2-1 victory over the Chicago Fire Sunday at Toyota Park. New York finished the regular season with a record of 18-10-6 and 60 points.
- The 18 victories set a regular season record for the Red Bulls. The 60 points were also a franchise single-season record for New York.
