Daniel Royer returned to training with the first team on Wednesday.
The midfielder worked with the team for the first time since suffering a hamstring injury in late September.
Head Coach Jesse Marsch said that Royer would be available to play in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, which begin on Sunday, October 30.
"He's going to be ready for the weekend," Marsch said on Wednesday. "He's getting closer and closer to 100 percent, so we're excited for that."
Since coming over in a transfer midseason, Royer has appeared in six games, starting three times. He has one goal, coming against Montreal on September 24, and one assist, against D.C. on September 11.
