HARRISON, N.J. – The New York Red Bulls held their third Town Hall Meeting at Red Bull Arena on Wednesday night. Red Bulls season ticket holders had the chance to engage with General Manager Marc de Grandpre, Sporting Director Ali Curtis, Head Coach Jesse Marsch, and goalkeeper Luis Robles.

An archived audio and video feed of the night can be accessed here.

Over 200 fans arrived at Red Bull Arena to have their voices heard while addressing questions and concerns regarding the team’s new TV deal, marketing, the sale of Matt Miazga, the team’s playing style, and much more.

Those in attendance were also handed their Red member packages at the end of the event.

Among the more exciting announcements on the night, de Grandpre revealed that a new app will be set in place for the 2016 season that will allow fans to order food from their seats. The new technology aims to help cut down on concession lines at Red Bull Arena, as fans will receive a message when their order is ready to be picked up.

Marsch and Curtis also touched on the thinking behind their personnel decisions. When asked about what type of players the Red Bulls are looking to add, both had their say.

“Is he a good player and is he a good person?” Curtis enquired.

Marsch also offered up his take on some of the high profile signings that have come to MLS this past offseason.

“We want guys who come here and are hungry,” he said. “We don’t want guys who come here and have to explain to everybody why they said they were going to come here and sit on the beach. We want players who want to come here to compete and win and be part of the team.”

The club also announced that fans looking to don a Luis Robles goalkeeper jersey can now do so. The kit will be available for purchase at the Bull Shop.
