YOUTH INTERNATIONAL/ ACADEMY EXPERIENCE
Mitchell was a three year starter for Wake Forest Demon Deacon where he appeared in 56 career matches, scoring 19 goals and tallying nine assists. Led the team in goals with nine in 2023. He is one of six Demon Deacons in program history to record multiple hattricks in a career. The forward is a two-time All-ACC Second-Team, earning the honors in 2022 and 2023.
Called into youth national team camps for both the United States and Trinidad and Tobago. Most recently for United States U-20 Youth National Team camp in January of 2023. Mitchell was also a part of the Red Bulls Academy from 2018 to 2021.

The New York Red Bulls have signed Wake Forest forward and Montclair, NJ native Roald Mitchell to a three-year MLS contract as a homegrown through 2026 with options for 2027 and 2028 on January 14, 2023.
