The New York Red Bulls were defeated by Toronto FC at BMO Field on Saturday night, 4-2.
Justin Morrow scored two first half goals for Toronto FC, before Gonzalo Veron pulled one back in a beautiful passing sequence involving Tyler Adams and Daniel Royer in the 39th minute.
In the second half, Veron earned a penalty kick in the 77th minute, which Royer converted in his first start since returning from injury.
Victor Vazquez restored Toronto's lead from the penalty spot in the 80th minute, before Morrow sealed his hat trick in stoppage time to finish the scoring.
