The New York Red Bulls and Atlanta United FC played to a scoreless draw at Red Bull Arena in what could be a potential Knockout Round matchup.

The game was a physical one, with 27 fouls called -- 19 by Atlanta -- and an exciting atmosphere in the penultimate game of the regular season.

"It was a tough game. We were expecting that, we saw that on the video reel," Bradley Wright-Phillips said after the game. "They’re not just a good footballing team or high-pressing team, they like to mix it up and get physical. Today, they did just that.”

Only two cards were issued in the game, one in the 61st minute and the second just before time expired in the game.

"Atlanta fouls a lot," Sacha Kljestan said, following the game. "I think when things break down they just foul. I wish the refs would have handled that a little bit better so that some advantages later in the game could have been better for us."

The Red Bulls won the Week 1 matchup between the two teams, with New York pulling out a 2-1 victory in Atlanta's first game.

With the two teams heading into Decision Day on the final week of the season, the Red Bulls are solidified into the sixth seed, while Atlanta can finish in a couple of different positions depending on Week 34 results.

Luis Robles might just be looking forward to Round 3 between the two squads.

"They are going to be a good team in the playoffs they’re a good team right now," Robles said. "But it’s the type of team that I would like to matchup against so I wouldn’t mind seeing them again."
