Members+ is our way of rewarding you for your loyalty and dedication to the New York Red Bulls.
All Red Members are automatically pre-enrolled in Members+. To earn and redeem points, complete your enrollment through the Red Bulls App or newyorkredbullsmembers.com. If you are a returning member or already have an Account Manager log-in, please use that info to link your account to your App account or to enter the Members+ Portal.

HOW TO EARN POINTS
Earning Members+ Points is easy; just do the things you already do as a Red Bulls fan:
- Scan your ticket in at New York Red Bulls home matches
- Enter a match at least 30 minutes before kickoff on matchday for additional points
- Use all your seats! Points are earned per seat scanned
- More opportunities are added throughout the year
REWARDS
Use the Members+ Portal to redeem points for rewards. You can redeem points for rewards three ways:
- Marketplace – Redeem points for fixed-point price items and experiences including Red Member Events such as Snap & Sign, team merchandise, matchday experiences, Members+ exclusive items and opportunities for additional seats
- Auctions – Bid on unique items such as suite tickets, custom jerseys, autographed items and more
- Sweepstakes – Use points for chances to win exclusive items and experiences such as match-worn jerseys
REDEMPTION CENTER
The Members+ Redemption Center is located at the Northeast Plaza Lounge (between Gates C and D, across from the elevator/East VIP entrance) on the plaza level of Sports Illustrated Stadium during every Red Bulls match day. The Members+ Redemption Center is open from when gates open until the end of the first half.
