Q. What has been the best moment of your soccer career so far?
KILWIEN: “The best moment of my soccer career so far was my Collegiate debut at FGCU. We played against Princeton (Sorry, Sean McSherry), and I scored the game-winning goal in the 89th minute to snap their 10-game unbeaten streak. My family traveled from California and Texas to see the game and I got #3 on the SportsCenter Top10.”
Q. How did it feel to get your first professional start?
KILWIEN: “It was definitely a dream come true. To know that your coaches and teammates have confidence in you and your ability is a great feeling. Also, to get my first start at home in front of the home fans was really special.”
Q. What is your favorite pre-game music?
KILWIEN: “I usually listen to rap and hip-hop with some reggaeton mixed in. I always listen to Lamsu! before doing any activity.”
Q. What do you like to do when you’re not training or playing soccer?
KILWIEN: “I love to play videogames, listen to music, and love to cook and eat.”
Q. Was there a player that you grew up admiring when you were younger?
KILWIEN: “Thierry Henry, was always my idol growing up. That man could ball.”
Q. Who is your favorite club to support?
KILWIEN: “Arsenal was always the club that I supported. Arsenal for life.”
Q: If there was a 3v3 tournament, who would be your two picks for your team from the club?
KILWIEN: “I think I would have to pick up Kaku and Vincent Bezecourt for my 3v3 team.”
