New York Red Bulls II and Red Bulls Academy product JC Cortez has been called up to the Peru U-20 National Team.
Peru will have four matches, with two coming against Uruguay on May 2 and 5, and two against Argentina on May 10 and 12.
The defender has appeared in four matches so far this season for Red Bulls II, logging 103 minutes. In two seasons, he has logged 955 minutes over 20 matches with New York, including 10 starts.
