- Midfielder Sean McSherry made his first professional start and first appearance since May 18 against the Tampa Bay Rowdies.
- McSherry opened up the scoring in the 7th minute, recording his first career professional goal. He would then score his second in the 40th minute to give New York the lead.
- Defender Janos Loebe recorded his fifth and sixth assists of the season.
- Defender Edgardo Rito would extend NYRB II’s lead in the 45th minute, with his second goal of the season. Midfielder Chris Lema tallied his sixth assist of the season on the play.
