HARRISON, N.J. (May 1, 2024) – New York Red Bulls II have signed Red Bulls Academy product Aiden Jarvis to an MLS NEXT Pro contract through the 2026 Season.
“Aiden is a player that we have been extremely excited throughout his time with our Academy,” Head of Sport Jochen Schneider said. “His technical ability in the midfield shows great promise and we are thrilled to see his future growth within the club.”
Jarvis has been with Red Bulls Academy for several years and has featured with New York Red Bulls II since the middle of the 2023 season. The midfielder made his debut with the club on May 7, 2023, in a match against Philadelphia Union 2.
Since then, the 17-year-old has made 18 appearances and logged 683 minutes for New York across all competitions. Jarvis scored his first goal with the club on March 20 against the Hudson Valley Hammers in the 2024 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup First Round.
“Aiden has many of the qualities that we know can thrive within our system,” Head Coach Ibrahim Sekagya said. “He has been training with us for over a year now and we know the bright future that he has within our club.”
Jarvis has made also featured for the Antigua and Barbuda U-20 Youth National Team on multiple occasions. Most recently, the midfielder captained his side in four qualifying matches for the upcoming CONCACAF U-20 Championship. He started in all four matches that his side played and recorded one goal in the 335 minutes that he appeared in for his nation. Jarvis also participated in the 2022 CONCACAF U-20 Championship for Antigua and Barbuda, where he logged 162 minutes over three appearances.
