Bradley Wright-Phillips and Alex Muyl were both named to the MLS Team of the Week | Week 4 for their efforts in the 3-0 victory over Minnesota United FC on Saturday night.
Wright-Phillips notched a brace, while Muyl opened scoring with the first goal of the game and an assist on BWP's second goal.
BWP raised his career MLS regular-season goal total to 89 and 106 across all competitions. He also moved into a tie with Carlos Ruiz for 11th all-time in league history, with 89 career MLS regular-season goals.
Muyl found his first goal of the season in the 15th minute, curling his shot from the right corner of the 18-yard box to the far post.
Defenders Aaron Long and Kyle Duncan also were honored with spots on the Team of the Week bench.
Long and Duncan helped New York to their second MLS shutout out of three games so far this season.
