Julian Hall Called Up to United States U-17 National Team Training Camp

HARRISON, N.J (November 7, 2024) – New York Red Bulls Forward Julian Hall has been called up to United States U-17 National Team Training Camp in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Hall has appeared in 11 matches this season scoring two goals and tallying an assist. The Manhattan, New York native became the youngest goal scorer in club history at 16 years, 87 days old after scoring a game tying goal on June 19 against CF Montreal that would mark as his first career MLS goal. This feat made Hall the second-youngest goal scorer in MLS history behind Freddy Adu.

The forward is the first player aged 16 or younger in MLS history to record a game-tying goal in the 80th minute or later in multiple matches with his two goals against CF Montreal and Sporting KC. On top of this, Hall is the third-youngest player in MLS History to record an assist, and youngest in club history to record an assist.

This season, Hall appeared and started in 16 MLS NEXT Pro matches with New York Red Bulls II and scored six goals, including his first career professional multi-goal game on July 7 against Atlanta United 2 where he found the back of the net twice.

Hall is a product of the Red Bulls Academy and led New York Red Bull U-15’s to the 2023 U-15 MLS NEXT Cup title for the first time in academy history. He scored five goals in the tournament and won the U-15 MLS NEXT Cup MVP Award. The forward won the Golden Boot Award at the 2023 Generations Adidas Cup where he scored five goals, including a brace against Chelsea’s U-15’s.

The Manhattan, New York, native received his first call-up to the United States Youth National Team in March 2023 for training camp. In August 2023, he helped lead the United States U-15 National Team to the 2023 U-15 CONCACAF Championship after defeating Mexico 4-2 in the final. Hall scored three goals during the tournament. This will be his first call-up with the U-17 group.

Hall will join U.S. U-17 National Team Training Camp from November 10 to November 16 at West Palm Beach, Florida in preparation for the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup Qualifiers. The group is set to play against U.S. Virgin Islands, St Kitts and Nevis and Cuba in a qualifying tournament that will take place in Alajuela, Costa Rica from February 7 to February 16.
