Lewis Morgan has recorded two assists in two matches in the Audi 2024 MLS Cup Playoffs this year.
Morgan has recorded five assists in his last five matches across all competitions.
The Scottish international has now recorded double-digit goals and double-digit assists this season and becomes the first Red Bulls player to accomplish the feat since Daniel Royer in 2019.
Morgan has scored three career goals against New York City FC.
Thaw Out
Matt Freese featured in every match of the regular season for NYCFC, logging 2,982 minutes of play. He registered 121 saves and secured six clean sheets.
He’s allowed just two goals in three matches this postseason.
RBNY will need to find ways to get the ball past Freese, who has had a standout season.
