The New York Red Bulls head west this weekend for a meeting with Supporter's Shield-leaders Seattle Sounders on Sunday, May 31st. Kickoff at CenturyLink Field is set for 5 p.m. ET, with coverage on ESPN2, ESPN Deportes and Watch ESPN.

The Red Bulls enter after their second loss of 2015 - a 2-0 stumble at home against the Philadelphia Union last Sunday. New York is now 4-2-5 on the season and remain in third in the Eastern Conference standings entering the weekend.

The Red Bulls are also 1-0-4 against Western Conference teams, and have earned ties in both road games against Western Conference opponents - an opening day draw in Kansas City and the scoreless match in Dallas two weeks ago.

New York will look to get back on track offensively after being shutout in consecutive games. Bradley Wright-Phillips leads the team with five goals, and his three assists are also tied for the team lead with midfielders Lloyd Sam and Felipe.

Seattle drew with Kansas City, 0-0 last weekend at CenturyLink before taking a 1-0 result over Colorado, also at home, during the week. Overall, Sounders FC has won five of its last seven games.

Sounders FC has conceded just nine goals this season, and just three in five home matches.

The team also boasts a potent attack, spearheaded by one of the most dynamic attacking duos in MLS - Clint Dempsey and Obafemi Martins. Dempsey leads the team with seven goals, but Martins is just behind him with six.
