HARRISON, N.J. (April 15, 2019) – New York Red Bulls II will host Hartford Athletic on April 17 at MSU Soccer Park. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET and can be seen live on ESPN+.
NYRB II look to continue their winning ways after defeating Memphis 901 FC and Charlotte Independence in their last two matches. They recently defeated Charlotte Independence, 2-1, with Tom Barlow recording a brace to bring his total for the season to five.
NYRB II and Hartford will face off for the first time on Wednesday. This is the second USL Championship club in their first season that NYRB II has faced this season.
Hartford Athletic have not had the best start to their season, losing six consecutive matches to open their first-ever season. Jonathan Brown, Jose Angulo, and Philip Rasmussen are tied for the team-lead in goals scored with one each.
NYRB II have started the season unbeaten in four straight matches. They will be looking to beat the best record start in club history, which is 3-0-2 and was set in 2016.
NYRB II will be back home when they face Loudoun United FC on Saturday, April 20, with kickoff set for 1 p.m. ET.
