It has been our distinct pleasure to have had Javier in our program for the past two years and have gotten to know him during that time. From the first time that we saw Javi at our open tryouts in Freeport, New York, the Pre-Academy coaches and I were excited by the potential that we saw in him – and he has certainly not disappointed.

Javi is a great kid from a wonderful family, and he is a credit to his parents in the manner in which he carries himself and interacts with others. We are all very proud to see Javi continue his development journey with the club and are excited to see what lies ahead for him.

We are excited to add Javier to our U12 Academy roster, he has shown that he is not only at the level playing up a year but that he can be an impactful player which is testament to the confidence he has in his own ability. We look forward to working closely with Javier to ensure his continued development and are confident he will be a New York Red Bulls Academy player for many years. The staff at the New York Red Bulls Pre-Academy have done a fantastic job to getting Javier to this point and this is what the pathway was set up to accomplish, move young talented players from our Pre-Academy into our Academy environment.

We are very excited to add Javier to our U12 Academy roster. From day one in the Pre-Academy Javier has shown exciting potential and has worked extremely hard to earn this opportunity to play a year up with the U12s. He fits the group perfectly with excellent defensive ability and composure when playing out the back to help the group build with possession. We are really excited to help him grow and develop into a top talent.
