HARRISON, N.J. (March 21, 2016) – New York Red Bulls II single-game tickets are on sale, the club announced today. Red Bulls II will kickoff the 2016 USL season at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, N.J., on Saturday, March 26, against Toronto FC II at 3 p.m. ET. The match will be live-streamed on NewYorkRedBulls.com/Live.
NYRB II will host eight matches at Red Bull Arena and seven additional home matches at a venue to be determined. Tickets to six of the eight games at Red Bull Arena are available for purchase on NewYorkRedBulls.com/2/tickets.
The two NYRB II home matches at Red Bull Arena with tickets not available online, May 28 versus Pittsburgh Riverhounds and Aug. 28 against FC Cincinnati, are doubleheaders with the first team. Fans will be able to attend these two matches by purchasing a ticket to the first team’s game and staying at the arena for the ensuing NYRB II match.
Single-game tickets are available for $10 per ticket. RED Members can purchase their tickets for a discounted price of $8. No season tickets or group packages will be available this season.
In 2015, the club’s inaugural season, NYRB II finished in fourth place of the Eastern Conference with a 12-10-6 record. Led by head coach John Wolyniec, New York was the fourth-highest scoring team in the league and qualified for a spot in the USL Playoffs. NYRB II won its first playoff game in an overtime win against Pittsburgh Riverhounds in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals, before falling to the eventual USL champions, the Rochester Rhinos, in the semifinals.
