HARRISON, N.J. (June 26, 2016) - The New York Red Bulls have loaned Damien Perrinelle to New York Red Bulls II, the organization's USL affiliate, ahead of NYRB II's match against Wilmington Hammerheads FC on Sunday afternoon at Red Bull Arena.
Sunday's game kicks off at 3 p.m., with coverage available through NewYorkRedBulls.com/Live.
Per the Right of Recall incorporated into the loan agreement of Perrinelle, the New York Red Bulls (MLS) retain the right to recall the player at any point during the MLS regular season, subject to MLS roster compliance guidelines.
Perrinelle, a native of Suresnes, France, signed with New York Red Bulls in July 2014 and is entering his third season with the club. The defender has played 30 games with the Red Bulls, including 27 starts in 2015. Perrinelle suffered a season-ending injury in the first leg of the Eastern Conference Semifinals at D.C. United on Nov. 1, 2015, and has not played a professional game since.
