HARRISON, NJ (Feb. 27, 2013) – The New York Red Bulls announced today that their matches in 2013 will be aired live in Spanish on ESPN Deportes Radio Nueva York 1050 AM. This announcement follows an agreement made between ESPN 1050 AM and M&E Productions, the company that owns the Spanish-language radio rights for Red Bulls matches.
The transmissions, which will have full 30-minute pre- and post-game shows, will be broadcast to ESPN 1050 AM listeners across the entire metropolitan area including New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. ESPN 1050 AM will air the Red Bulls’ MLS opener on Sunday, March 3 against the Portland Timbers at JELD-WEN Field at 7:30 PM ET.
A full broadcast schedule will be released at a later date.

The games will be covered by a team of soccer experts. Well-known analyst Robert Sierra will lead the Red Bulls coverage along with Jorge Clara. Nelson Rubio, Wilfredo Campos and Mauricio Rivas will offer additional reporting.
