The New York Red Bulls boast one of the strongest youth programs not just in MLS, but across the country. In addition to finding and developing local players that keep the academy teams near the top of the national rankings, the Red Bulls have demonstrated their commitment to the future of youth soccer in New York and New Jersey. The organization maintains partnerships with over 100 youth soccer programs, providing camps, clinics and in-house training from certified and professional Red Bull youth coaches.

Point Pleasant Soccer Club
Point Pleasant Soccer Club, established in 1970, serves the Jersey Shore in Point Pleasant, Brick, Brielle, Howell, Manasquan and the surrounding areas. The club has been partnered with the New York Red Bulls for one year and has developed many state and regional championship teams since their beginnings more than 40 years ago.
Point Pleasant SC currently has more than 400 players involved in the club from ages three to 18, including travel and youth player development programs.
“We are excited to continue our relationship with the Red Bulls Training Programs,” Point Pleasant SC Vice President Jason Silva said. “This partnership has been pinnacle with providing training to our players, coaches and staff. What they bring to the table is second to none with activity based training, excellent staff and professionalism.”
Point Pleasant SC’s mission is to create a soccer experience where children have the most rewarding, fun and enjoyable experience possible. Point Pleasant SC aims to represent the ultimate soccer development program in the area. The club’s key areas of focus include:
- Maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone
- Providing the highest quality player development at an effective price point
- Developing and preparing players for the future, both on and off the field
- Building confidence in our players
- Maintaining a professional decorum throughout the membership
In addition to the club’s work on the field, Point Pleasant SC is involved in the community in a variety of ways, including large and small local efforts. For the larger charities, PPSC has participated in multiple fundraising soccer activities in the area. The club is a TOPS soccer provider and one of the only soccer club’s in the area that supports players with disabilities.
PPSC also provide scholarships in many forms, such as the free play soccer program for families in need. The club also directs monetary support in the form of scholarships to high school and college athletes.
