Collahuazo featured for Ecuadorian Serie A C.S. Emelec U-17 and U-19 sides sicne joining them in 2022. In this span he started and appeared in 33 matches over two seasons, logging two goals.
The defender has appeared in two friendly matches against Peru U-20 on December 17 and December 20. He started both matches and scored the game tying goal in the 89th minute in a 2-2 draw against Peru on December 20. He also two U-20 friendly matches against Russia in Guayaquil,Ecuador on September 5 and 8. The defender started four matches of the 2023 U-17 World Cup in Indonesia. The Ecuadorian previously represented his country at the 2023 South American U-17 Championship where he started all eight matches that he played in.
