New York Red Bulls Academy teams went undefeated for the second straight weekend. The Red Bulls U-17’s and U-19’s had the weekend off.
The academy had a 7-0 record on the weekend, with a total of 42 goals scored and only six goals allowed.
Red Bulls U-15’s defeated TSF Academy, 7-1, to extend their winning streak to two matches. Patrick Shaw recorded his second straight hat trick, with Lenny Aviles adding a brace in the victory. Jed Akwaboah and Andri Frasheri added a goal apiece as well.
Red Bulls U-14’s won both of their matches this weekend, with a 2-1 win over FC Delco and a 4-0 win over TSF Academy. In their first match, Ackime Harris scored in the first half, while Jaylen Lester recorded the game-winning goal. Against TSF Academy, Harris recorded a brace, while Lester and Zidane Yanez each scored one in the win.
Red Bulls U-13’s outscored their opponents, 12-0, this weekend. Aiden Costner and Jack Mize each scored a hat trick in their victory over TSF Academy. Mize added a brace in their 4-0 win over FC Delco. Costner added another in that match, while Finn Moran and Gil de Souza recorded a goal each.
Red Bulls U-12’s Grey defeated TSF Academy, 7-3, for their only match of the weekend. Jonathan Condor recorded his second hat trick of the season and Vincenzo Firetto added a brace. Mateo Castro and Tasfir Diop rounded out the scoring.
Red Bulls U-12’s Red recorded an 11-1 victory over TSF Academy. Isaac Rakovsky recorded four goals, which is the most by a Red Bulls Academy player this season. Paul Sokoloff added an hat trick, which is the seventh one for Red Bulls Academy this season. Liam Sherwood tallied a brace, while Matthew Dowling and Michael Leandrou each added a goal.
