HARRISON, NJ (Monday, July 23, 2012) –Red Bull Arena announced today Barclays and Under Armour as Title and Presenting sponsors of the inaugural Barclays New York Cup Powered by Under Armour, which will see the New York Red Bulls host Barclays Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday, July 31 at Red Bull Arena. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM ET and the game will be broadcast live on ESPN2, ESPN Deportes and ESPN3 in the United States, as well as selected European territories on ESPN UK. The match will also be shown taped-delayed on MSG Networks locally starting August 1.

Tottenham, also known as Spurs, finished fourth in the 2011-12 Barclays Premier League. The London-based club boasts a number of top international players including Welsh midfielder Gareth Bale, Dutch midfielder Rafael Van der Vaart and former U.S. Men’s National Team standout goalkeeper Brad Friedel.
Tottenham came to Red Bull Arena on July 22, 2010 as part of the Barclays New York Challenge and won, 2-1, behind goals from Robbie Keane and Bale. New York forward and former Arsenal
