The New York Red Bulls will again pair up Dante Vanzeir and Lewis Morgan in hopes of extending their red-hot partnership on Saturday night in Florida against Orlando City SC.
Vanzeir assisted on all four goals in New York’s 4-0 victory, while Morgan scored three of the four goals for RBNY. Wiki Carmona, who scored the fourth goal, gets the start, alongside Dennis Gjengaar.Â
Morgan currently is tied for first in goals scored in MLS with five. The Scottish winger has scored one goal and tallied two assists against Orlando in his MLS career.
Peter Stroud and Frankie Amaya look to lock down the defensive midfield.
Dylan Nealis, Sean Nealis, Andrés Reyes and Kyle Duncan start along the back line. Carlos Coronel is in goal.
This will be the 20th overall regular season meeting between New York and Orlando, with the Red Bulls holding the advantage in the series with a 9-8-2 mark.
Off the bench, Head Coach Sandro Schwarz will have Elias Manoel, Julian Hall, Roald Mitchell, Serge Ngoma, Ronald Donkor, Cameron Harper, John Tolkin and Noah Eile available. Ryan Meara will serve as the backup goalkeeper.
Emil Forsberg and Cory Burke will miss the match due to injury. Daniel Edelman is suspended due to his red card against Columbus Crew.
