Amro Tarek and Tom Edwards will be the starting centerbacks for New York Red Bulls as they host Philadelphia Union on Thursday evening at Red Bull Arena.
Tarek will make his first start since May 15, also against Philadelphia, while Edwards makes his seventh start in a row.
Kyle Duncan and John Tolkin will start alongside Tarek and Edwards along the backline.
Carlos Coronel will start in goal.
Head Coach Gerhard Struber will deploy four midfielders, with Sean Davis, Cristian Cásseres Jr., Dru Yearwood and Wiki Carmona on the pitch for the starting whistle.
Fábio and Patryk Klimala start up top for New York.
The Red Bulls will have Ryan Meara available off the bench, as well as Frankie Amaya, Tom Barlow, Manny Egbo, Omir Fernandez, Cameron Harper, Jason Pendant and Florian Valot.
Sean Nealis is sidelined following a knock in training. Danny Royer, Caden Clark, Andrew Gutman and Andrés Reyes are all working back to full health.
