New York Red Bulls forward Tanner Rosborough and goalkeeper Aidan Stokes have been named to the United States U-17 National Team Roster for their upcoming March training camp.
Rosborough, 16, is in his first season with the Red Bulls. He has made 25 appearances for New York Red Bulls II over the last two seasons, where he has scored seven goals and added three assists. Last season, he scored a goal in five-straight games for Red Bulls II, which was the second-longest goal scoring streak in NYRB II history.
The Pittsburgh, PA native is receiving his second call-up to the United States U-17 National Team in 2025. Rosborough helped the U.S. U-17’s qualify for their record 19th FIFA U-17 World Cup at qualifiers in February. He scored four goals in a 7-0 win over Saint Kitts and Neves.
Stokes, 17, is in his second season with the Red Bulls. Over the last two seasons, Stokes has made 19 career MLS NEXT Pro appearances and has posted two shutouts. The goalkeeper recorded six saves and a shutout in NYRB II’s 2025 season-opening win over Atlanta United 2 on Friday, March 7.
The Totowa, N.J. native has made two career appearances for the U.S. U-17’s, both occurring in 2024. Stokes played in two matches, where he posted one shutout over 135 minutes played.
The U.S. U-17’s will take on Costa Rica U-17’s twice from March 18 to March 25. First, they will face each other on Saturday, March 22 and then they will wrap up the camp against them on Monday, March 24.
