The New York Red Bulls have qualified for the Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League.
New York fills out the final spot from North America and will face Club Atlético Pantoja of the Dominican Republic, which won the 2018 Caribbean Club Championship.
The first leg is set for February 19-21, 2019, while Leg 2 is scheduled for February 26-28, 2019.
"This is the second year that the CCL will feature a 16-team knockout tournament, with the entire tournament proper taking place in one calendar year," according to MLSSoccer.com. "The winner of the 2019 CCL will represent Concacaf in the 2019 Club World Cup."
The Red Bulls made it to the semifinals of the 2018 version of the tournament, falling to eventual champions Club Deportivo Guadalajara.
