U-20 World Cup: Daniel Edelman Starts in USMNT Win

Daniel Edelman started and captained the United States Men's U-20 National Team as they beat Fiji 3-0 at the U-20 FIFA World Cup.

Edelman got the start at defensive midfield and was on the pitch for one of the team's three goals. Edelman subbed off in the 80th minute.

The USMNT side has six points through two matches and sit top of the table with one match left in Group B. The top two teams from each group move on to the Round of 16.

Diego Luna, Cade Cowell and Caleb Wiley scored for the United States.

Edelman, USMNT U-20 take on Slovakia in its final group stage match on Friday, May 26 (2 p.m. ET; FS2, Universo).
