The groups for the 2020 Concacaf Men’s Olympic Qualifying Championship have been drawn, and the Under-23 U.S. men’s national team will be in Group A, which is completed by Dominican Republic, Mexico and Costa Rica. Group A is an authentic Concacaf Group of Death, while Group B consists of Honduras, El Salvador, Canada and Haiti. The Qualifying championship will take place in Guadalajara, Mexico between March 20 and April 1.

The top two teams from each group will move on to the semifinals, where the winners of those battles will secure a place in the Men’s Olympic Football Tournament Tokyo 2020.

All the games will be played at Estadio Jalisco, home to Liga MX side Atlas, and Estadio Akron, home to Liga MX side Chivas.

At the current U.S. men’s national team January camp, head coach Gregg Berhalter has 14 players who are age-eligible for the Olympic Qualifying tournament.

Red Bulls’ own, Kyle Duncan and Omir Fernandez, have both been in U.S. youth national team camps over the last year and are age-eligible to take part in the March event.

The U-23 USMNT hasn’t participated in the Men’s Olympic Football Tournament since 2008. Here’s the full schedule for the U-23 USMNT:
