All try-out based RDS programs offer a detailed end-of-season player evaluation upon the conclusion of the course.
Each evaluation provides feedback on a player's physical, psychological, technical, and tactical development, as well as highlighting their greatest strength and biggest challenge.Â
The RDS player evaluation provides both players and parents alike with the detailed feedback required to aid a player's ongoing development.
