The New York Red Bulls Youth Programs and Regional Development School (RDS) are always looking to add qualified and experienced soccer coaches to our player development staff.
The positions available are within our community-based training programs, travel programs, or our Regional Development School & Pre-Academy. Our community-based programs are for all ages and ability levels, ranging from ages 5-14 both boys and girls. Opportunities for exceptional coaches exist within our travel programs or our Regional Development School programs, which cater for advanced level players.
The positions are part-time contracts, with the majority of work between March through November. Winter work is available, but limited. Winter work is provided to high performing staff, or staff whose fall club continues to train in the winter.

Interview Process

2. Practical on-field coaching assessment and in-person interview
3. Conditional employment offer, background check, and attend a mandatory orientation
