Regional Development School

The New York Red Bulls set the pace for elite soccer training in the Tri-State area, as the first MLS team to boast a satellite based, pre-academy feeder system: the Regional Development School (RDS).

Offering advanced soccer players the opportunity to develop their game on a supplementary basis, the RDS is the single most successful route into the Academy teams, providing over 95% of Academy players since 2010.

Intended for competitive and elite travel level soccer players aged 7 to 14, the advanced curriculum is specially designed to target individual technical aspects of the game.

RDS is available year-round, with a variety of programs during the fall, winter, spring, and summer. For more information on your chosen season of training, click below!
